4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

    Lay one flour tortilla on a clean surface or cutting board. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

      Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape, making sure the filling stays inside. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

        Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

          After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and use a sharp knife to slice each pinwheel into 1-inch thick pieces.

            Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately or cover and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
