2 ribeye steaks (about 300g each)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, drained

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Begin by preparing the steaks. Season both sides of the ribeye steaks generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.

    While the steaks are resting, prepare the Caprese topping. In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and torn basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then gently toss to combine. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

      Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned steaks to the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your preferred level of doneness.

        Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes. This helps the juices redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender.

          To serve, place the rested steaks on a serving platter. Top generously with the Caprese mixture of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
