1 can (8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon butter (for frying)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: Fresh berries for garnish

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt the butter in it.

    While the skillet is heating, cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside.

      In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

        Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated but not overly soggy.

          Place the dipped cinnamon roll bites onto the heated skillet, spacing them apart to allow for even cooking.

            Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side, or until golden brown, then carefully flip them over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and cooked through.

              Remove the bites from the skillet and repeat until all the cinnamon roll pieces are cooked.

                Serve the French toast bites warm, drizzling them with maple syrup and dusting with powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
